Meat Hamper Terms & Conditions

We have put together a selection Meat Hampers to allow our customers to sample a range of our products and take advantage of our Free/Reduced Delivery offer. When purchasing a hamper our customers are able to add additional items (excluding additional hampers) to their order for no extra delivery charge, therefore offering a further saving.
Only 1 Meat Hamper** per Transaction - If 2 or more hampers are ordered on one transaction the cheapest hamper(s) will be refunded minus any debit/credit card handling charge leaving 1 hamper on the order. In this event we will advise you of this by email.
Multiple Meat Hamper Orders - We only limit the
number of Meat Hampers per transaction and NOT per customer. If you
would like to purchase more than 1 Meat Hamper this can be done in the
following ways:

Adding to you Meat Hamper - Using our shopping basket
Osgrow customers can order additional items i.e. steaks, burger, sausages
etc in the following way:
1/. Click Add to Basket next to the hamper you wish to order.
2/. Click continue shopping.
3/. Choose the additional item (excluding a further meat hamper) and click
Add to Basket.
4/. You will now see both products in your shopping basket. To order
further items repeat steps 2 & 3 until your order is complete.
5/. Proceed to checkout.

Q: How do I take advantage of the free/reduced delivery offer when ordering a hamper or additional products with a hamper?
A: When ordering our hampers online you will find they are discounted at the checkout to allow you to take advantage of the free/reduced delivery offer and add additional products to your order for no extra delivery charge. As a result of the discount applied to the hamper you will see the equivalent charge added in the post & packaging section - the overall total will equal the hamper cost.
Q: What happens if I want to order more than one hamper?
A: Each hamper is automatically discounted to allow free/reduced delivery, therefore to ensure your meat hamper is delivered you will need to order each hamper on a separate transaction. There is no extra charge ordering this way and will guarantee delivery of your hamper.
